Small Business Share: Jennifer Carr Photography

I really am having fun with these posts. I get to share fellow small businesses and while "researching" I seem to always find new items I want! I hope everyone is enjoying this series, checking out the businesses, and of course the most important part: sharing with friends and family! As a small business owner, we don't have the large budget to market ourselves like we wish we could, we don't have the time to sit on social media and spread the word about our businesses. We often count on word of mouth from satisfied customers to bring in new customers. Make sure you like these businesses, favorite their pages, even if you don't plan to buy right now, you are still helping us out!

So on to today's small business share: Jennifer Carr Photography.

A little background about the business and owner. I met Jennifer a number of years back at a vendor show. We were across from each other and then the following year we were next to each other and got to know each other pretty well. I admired her work, it's gorgeous, and we became quick friends and have stayed in touch over the years. We continue to run into each other at shows and she is always someone I have admired as a business owner over the years. She's not like many of my other small business owner friends, she's not a SAHM. BUT she has some great god children and tons of friends with kids. She makes money to her and her husband can travel, which I love, because she always have the most gorgeous photos from her travels! I have bought a number of items for friends from Jennifer over the years and each one has LOVED the gifts!

So, let's get to the actual products. Jennifer is a very talented photographer. You can find her business on Facebook, webpage, Instagram, and every now and again she will list items in her Etsy shop. If you are local you can always find her at the Christmas Bodacious Bazaar and Virginia Beach Christmas Market.

If you are a fan of the OBX (like so many of my friends) you need to checkout Jennifer's photos. She has some amazing sunsets, landscapes, beach scenes and so many more. I just bought a gorgeous photo for a dear friend of mine and can't wait for her to get it! I have my eye on another photo of her's for me, coffee and coffee cup for my kitchen! This coming weekend, it's all mine!

Anyways, in addition to the gorgeous prints, she also has some great beach scene Christmas cards. These are very popular at the shows, I see people always looking at them.

If you are looking for a great photographer, call Jennifer. If you need lessons in photography, call Jennifer. There is nothing Jennifer cannot do or does not offer through her small business.

So why do I love this small business? Well, if you can't tell by the way I have gone on about the photography then you need to go back and read the post! But I love her prices too, totally great for wonder prints. In addition, Jennifer has the best personality and amazing customer service, something not every small business or business has.

So head on over to her Facebook page (and don't forget to like it, along with the other 2 businesses I have posted so far about), her Instagram page (and follow) and bookmark her webpage because you will want to come back after the holidays for more gifts! Make sure you tell Jennifer I sent you, and mark off some more gifts on your list!!!

Remember, shop small, support a dream, give a smile!
